some time ago i had the injectors serviced and checked for leaking and replaced the small filters inside of them, the spray paetrn was awsome, and to double check, the cleaning was done again, and inhectors almost new.

When placing the injectors back to the rail and intake manifold, injector on cylinder No.1 goes all the way down, the rest are not resting fully down on the manifold, did some lubricating they all set perfectly. When it comes to tightening the fuel rail bolts,it seems that injectors from cylinder No.2 to No.6 start coming up from the manifold;except for No.1 it fully stays all the way in the manifold.

Since i am finding running problems with the car especially hesitation,i think some amounts of air is letting itself in through this small gap left by the un-even sitting of injectors.

Anybody had this problem(or is it),and how to correct it ?

TIA

Work out what is not straight- all the injectors are the same length, the manifold and the rail should be parallel adn straight too. Is the rail bent? perhaps the 'approach angle' is twisted... use a vernier caliper to measure distances from nearby parts of the inlet manifold and head to see.
