850 seat annoyance

For sure the 850/840 has one of the coolest looking interior and also the seats looks just sporty that it speaks for its self. BUT

my first time driving was a nightmare ... the seat has few annoying things, like it doesn't go back enough and the neck support is goofy, I had to add those small black pillows to make up the gap in the neck support.

also it doesn't go up and down like the 5er, I wonder what could be done to fix some of those annoying stuff.

anyone have the same experience? or I have a radical back?

pretty sure the E34 seat fixes will work but im not positive.

I would love to know if someone modified the E31 seats, 2 days ago I had to wait in the car and I was really exhausted, I wanted to layback a little but the back rest was layed to the max already. this is one of the stuff I need to change

my seat goes up and down.. but the seats will never be as comfortabe as the e34's .. i think those are the most comfortable i have ever sat in
